The Ledger Simplex Nominal Ledger is a powerful multi-department, multi-entity, multi-company professional accounting solution. As with all modules, it has an intuitive common user interface with common reporting tools, making user transition to other modules a breeze.

The most important part of any nominal ledger is the reporting capability. Ledger Simplex not only excels in this but leaves the competition in the Dark Ages.

Thanks to our proprietary “quantum express reporting” and our “Quantum express data pivot”, the selection, filtering, grouping and presentation of data is fast, comprehensive and produces impressively detailed or concisely summarised reports. The resulting reports are then easily converted to fully formatted spreadsheets, XML or HTML documents. Such capabilities are not even found in the most expensive solutions available today. The same methodology is applied to all reporting throughout the system; thus, once the user learns data manipulation and reporting within the nominal ledger, the same techniques can be used to analyse stock data, purchasing data etc from anywhere within Ledger Simplex.
