Qsys Store Auditor is also part of a suit of tools to designed to aid retail store auditing.

Qsys Store Auditor provides a traditional straightforward “location-less” stock take procedure. In short, quantities of product are counted regardless of location. Where multiple quantities are counted in separate locations, the system automatically sums the count for a final total. Default count of qty 1 is assumed if the operator presses the save button immediately after scanning an item; in this way simple low volume counts can be made very quickly without entering a quantity. Whilst there is a theoretical limit to the number of items counted (limited by the size of the SD card used) it is unlikely that even a store the size of Tesco Extra would out run a 2GB card. Each item scanned is identified to the operator along with quantities currently recorded as in stock etc
