Qsys Pallet Tracker forms part of a suit of tools to designed to aid day to day warehouse management .

Tracking the location of several thousand pallets in a warehouse can be a nightmare. By extending data collection out into the warehouse using the latest mobile “Pocket PC” Technologies, Qsys promises to deliver tractability with ease and simplicity. Pallet Tracker is one of those utilities that are of the “simplest yet most productive” programs.

Your storage medium is not limited to a pallet, you may use crates, bags, boxes, trays etc, in fact anything that allows a bar code label to adhere. Where multiple storage mediums contain the same products, finding products to replenish production or picking areas need not be the headache it used to be.

Once the pallet/storage medium data is fully updated, a single scan of the storage label serial number will enable the operator to view the contents of the medium without the need to unpack it. (see “Pallet Tracker - Pallet Contents” lower left hand image)
