Qsys Pallet Auditor

Qsys Pallet Auditor forms part of a suit of tools to designed to aid warehouse & stores auditing.
In a larger warehouse situation, Qsys Pallet Auditor provides a fast, accurate, bulk auditing solution. All pallets in storage are assumed to have been quantified and bonded.

Each pallet has a serial number stuck on the outside and is visible to the scanning device. If we assume that at least 80% of the stock is bonded in this way, (the balance of stock being at pick locations) then for audit purposes, all we have to do is scan each pallet to confirm its existence. Ledger Simplex handles the rest of the calculations automatically.

Pallets that are not registered by the scan process are treated as non existent, thus highlighting exceptions, whilst the bulk of the stock is validated in simple, fast one-scan operations. The rest of the stock (20% at picking location etc) is accounted for by using Qsys Loose Stock Audit.
