Qsys Loose Stock Auditor

Qsys Loose Stock Auditor forms part of a suit of tools to designed to aid warehouse & stores auditing.

Auditing stock levels is something we would rather not do; however, showing accurate stock levels to HM Customs and revenue is essential and required. Qsys LSA (Loose Stock Auditor) works in conjunction with Qsys Pallet Auditor.

Pallet auditor takes care of all palletised (bonded stock held in locations above head height) leaving just the loose stock for final audit on floor locations (usually designated as picking locations).

Qsys LSA provides fast accurate data collection facilities at the point of entry. Simply scanning the location and one of the products in the location is sufficient to set up the audit for the given product.

The operator simply confirms the product visually and confirms any carton configurations at the same time. Once confirmed, the operator will record the number of cartons and any loose items, thus completing the audit for the loose items (i.e.. Not palletised and bonded). From a final audit point of view, the lose items + items on pallets = total stock. See pallet auditor for further details.

Note: If there are no pallets present, i.e. All stocks are considered to be in a picking location, then Qsys LSA can be used as a stand alone audit tool. Where stocks are not generally contained within cartons, then the use of Qsys Stock Take is recommended.
